Here is the 2015 Bellagio Conservatory Exhibit Schedule, taken directly from the Bellagio website:
January 9 - March 14: Chinese New Year
March 20 - May 11: Spring
May 15 - September 12: Summer
September 18 - November 27: Autumn
December 3 - January 2: Winter/Christmas
The "missing days" are the dates of the changeovers from one exhibit to the next. If you like to plan your trips in order to see the displays in ALL of the Vegas hotels (like Palazzo and Caesars Palace, which also do great displays for Winter/Christmas and Chinese New Year), this should help keep you from missing the ones you'd really like to see.
The website link is www.bellagio.com. Click on "Attractions", then "Conservatory & Botanical Gardens", then you can view the list and also check out their webcam link for a live feed.
This blog contains my personal views and reviews of Las Vegas-related activities, hotels, casinos, gambling, dining, entertainment and travel. There are also trip reports and links to fun websites for Vegas fanatics everywhere. Enjoy!

Link to article: 50 Places To Eat Brunch in Las Vegas
Here's a link to a fantastic article with some great places for brunch, which happens to be my favorite-est meal of the day, especially a day in Vegas!
vegas.eater.com
I have already added a few of these places to my "to do" list, including Border Grill at the Forum Shops, Payards, and Bouchon. I've already tried the Jazz brunch at Wynn and Jasmine brunch at Bellagio, which are both excellent, and I will enjoy them both again sometime, after I try a few others.
A couple that were already on my list (and will stay there until I try them): the Gospel Brunch at Hard Rock and the Sterling Brunch at BLT in Bally's.
To check out all the restaurants on the list, scroll down the left-hand side of the page through the link, then click on whichever one you'd like to see more about. There are menus and website there, and as you go down the list you will see them highlighted on the map to the right. That way you know exactly where you are going!
